Lead and assign work to a crew of carpenters /carpenter helpers under the supervision of a designated supervisor.

--- Job Duties and Responsibilities: Must show proficiency in carpentry work for maintenance, alterations, and repair for interior and exterior buildings and structures. Lead and assist (as needed) in carpentry work on projects assigned by designated supervisor. Assist designated supervisor with management tasks. Act as supervisor in his/her absence.

--- Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and proficiency in operation of tools and equipment necessary for assigned projects.
Ability to lay out construction, remodeling and alteration work.
Ability to read blueprints.
Physically capable of performing duties and responsibilities of the job that require lifting of heavy objects and working inclement weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment, as necessary.
Experience in a lead position or equivalent.
Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Ability to pass a background check and driving record check.
