3Up Metal Works is excited to announce a change in its leadership team! Sarkis and Sara Zenobian have assumed ownership of the company. Both are military veterans and bring backgrounds in leadership, manufacturing and organizational growth.

Sarkis and Sara are committed to carrying forward the high-quality metal fabrication, dependable service and strong customer relationships that have built 3Up's reputation. They are excited to continue serving 3Up's customers while investing in the people and processes that have made the company successful.

Jason Young, who has led 3Up Metal Works for nearly six years, will stay on in a sales and consulting role. His hard work, dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction remain invaluable. His experience and guidance will be welcomed as the company enters its next chapter.

Meet the new leaders! Sarkis Zenobian is a manufacturing operations leader with experience managing teams and complex industrial operations. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in mechanical engineering, Sarkis began his leadership career as a commissioned U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Officer.

Throughout his manufacturing career, Sarkis has led multiple production teams with responsibility for team development, safety, financial performance, process improvement, and production results. His leadership style is disciplined, hands-on, and focused on building strong culture and pursuing continuous improvement. He also brings a lifelong interest in welding, automotive work, woodworking and fabrication, making 3Up a natural fit both professionally and personally.

Like Sarkis, Sara Zenobian is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate and military veteran, having served as a commissioned U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer. She continues in her professional career while supporting 3Up part-time, bringing additional expertise in project management, business development and organizational growth.

Sarkis and Sara are proud to continue 3Up Metal Works’ tradition as a veteran-owned small business. Even more so, they’re excited about the future, and positioning the company for even greater success … which will be achieved by providing superior metal fabrication to every customer, every time.

Thank you to Ideal Crane Rental, Inc. for assisting 3Up Metal Works on a recent rooftop installation at a local educational institution! Our custom metal fabrication experts installed new stairs, and a catwalk, to eliminate having to navigate obstacles during rooftop infrastructure maintenance. The first-time partnership made the job much easier ... and a beautiful day that much better!
