We're proud to share that Jalin Phelps, Vice President of Operations and partner at JCP Construction, has been appointed as an Employer Trustee of the Building Trades United Pension Trust Fund.

Jalin started his career in the trades as a carpenter and has spent more than 25 years in the construction industry. Today he helps lead JCP's operations while staying closely connected to the workforce and the trades that shaped his career.

Serving as a trustee is a chance to help protect the retirement security of the union tradespeople and families across our region, and to bring a contractor's perspective to the long-term strength of the Fund.

As we wrap up a busy summer, we want to recognize the people behind the work. Our superintendents, office leadership, and field leaders recently came together at ThriveOn King, right in the Historic King Drive neighborhood we are proud to call home.

Thank you to the entire JCP Construction team for continuing to lead, solve problems, and get the job done. Your hard work and commitment make everything we do possible.

It was a privilege to be part of the Fellowship Open on August 21 and once again support an event that continues to make a meaningful impact on young people in Milwaukee.

John W. Daniels, Jr. and John W. Daniels III have done an incredible job growing the Fellowship Open while keeping youth empowerment at the center of its mission. Through its support of students, scholarships, mentoring and youth-serving organizations, the Fellowship continues to create opportunities that extend far beyond the golf course.

It’s also impressive to see how the Fellowship Open’s reach continues to grow beyond Milwaukee, bringing together supporters and organizations from across the country—including fellow sponsor H.J. Russell & Company out of Atlanta.

Congratulations to John, John III and the entire Fellowship Open team on another successful year!
