GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Tooling Calibration Coordinator oversees the testing and repairing of electrical, mechanical, electromechanical and electronic measurements, indicating instruments and equipment for conformance to established standards, and formulating calibration standards. Figures sequence of testing and calibration procedures for instruments and equipment, according to blueprints, schematics, technical manuals and other specifications. Coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work on small machinery and various hand tools.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Tooling & Repair – Hand tools, small machinery (Tie wrap, Twist tie, St*****rs, Ferrules, Hydraulic Pumps, Label Machines, ARTOS)
• Board Building and repair with Signature Testing and communicating with vendors for mating connectors
• Regular machinery maintenance (Carousel, Cutting Machines, Forklifts, Compressor)
• Calibration – In-house (Hand tools, Go/No-Go Gauges), External (Pull testers, force gauge, Hi-Pot)
• Communication with vendors
• Creating specifications for hand tools when new terminals are ordered
• Back up to the delivery driver (Driving record check will be required)
• Prioritize daily work list
• Ensure machines are running with little downtime

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check email 4 times daily at 6:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m.; 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to respond to any daily urgent requests
• Coordinates pick up and replacement of containers for:
o Cardboard bales
o Wooden Reel Trailer
o Wood dumpster

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB*
Experience:
Familiarity with the equipment utilized in the production process

KEY COMPETENCIES
Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders
Ability to organize work, prioritize jobs and supervise personnel
Ability to communicate with workers, other Team Leaders, managers and office personnel; facility in English and Spanish is required
Basic computer skills for viewing and reporting data in ERP systems and communicating by email

WORKING CONDITIONS
10 hours Monday to Thursday, with Friday for overtime when required
Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 40 pounds and do repetitive tasks

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cutting Machine Operator oversees the operation of the automated cutting machine. The Cutting Machine Operator performs periodic checks on equipment and solves problems as detected. The Cutting Machine Operator works with others to ensure that equipment is proper working order. The Cutting Machine Operator observes and follows company safety rules and regulations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Sets up and operates automated cutting machine to cut assorted wire and cable materials, used in manufacturing wire and cable harnesses and assemblies (Requires reading cutting requests to determine job specifications, such as part identification number, type and quantity of material required and cutting instructions)
• Mounts terminals, wire and applicators onto machine fixture or dispensing device. Some machines have ink jet printing and soldering.
• Positions material on machine, programs cut lengths, adjusts crimp heights for terminal by following blueprints, sketches, and other specifications, including using measuring instruments.
• Loads machine control media or enters commands in computer control console to retrieve preprogrammed cutting instructions.
• Monitors operation of cutting machine to detect malfunctions and informs supervisor or programmer of problem.
• Sets up and operates machine to cut test pattern from sample material, and obtains approval of test pattern by quality control, programming, or other authorized personnel prior to cutting production materials.
• Removes and replaces broken or worn blades using hand tools.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for keeping their area clean
• Responsible for moving empty reels to designated areas to recycle
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB*
EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with the equipment utilized in the production process
Previous cable assembly industry experience is a plus

KEY COMPETENCIES
Ability to learn to read and understand blueprints and work orders
Ability to organize work and prioritize jobs
Basic computer skills for viewing and reporting data in ERP systems and communicating by email
Ability to use a ruler
Full color vision is required
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Coordinators are responsible to assure that all Company products meet the quality standards of the industry, the Company, and the customer. They are responsible for both monitoring and periodically improving Company product quality.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Maintain quality standards in compliance with ISO 900 requirements
• Maintain quality systems in compliance with audit standards, provisions of training documents, and customer requirements
• Daily approve incoming raw materials, products in process, and finished goods using visual inspection and measurements to assure conformity with all applicable quality standards
• Daily return of nonconforming products for rework to standard
• Manage Red Tag Log of non-conforming materials and work with Production Manager and personnel to reduce scrap
• As needed keep measuring equipment functioning properly or call for necessary repairs to restore its accuracy
• Track RMA to resolve quality issues, assisting Engineering, QC Manager and Production Manager in root cause analysis and problem-solving, recommending and supporting the implementation of corrective actions
• Ensure all operations are completed prior to Shipping or Storage
• Maintain testing equipment in good working order

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for records maintenance of production information to facilitate smooth order flow and production of products. They are involved in the daily processing of orders from the preparation of production work orders to final shipping. They also maintain general office records, including correspondence, copying, phone records, and special project reports.
The Estimator analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for production of wire/cable assemblies/harnesses. This function is necessary to the acquisition of orders and profitable production of quality products.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Daily create and record part numbers, routings and specifications for newly estimated products to maintain part number logic and proper workflow for production sequence of products
• Daily set up proper workflow for production sequence of building products through data entry of routings and specifications
• Daily enter product changes in ERP system to revise processes, materials, sequences or parts
• As needed assist in revising pricing to account for changes in labor or material costs, new parts, or customer order revisions. Update costing spreadsheets and maintain proper documentation in all folders necessary to maintain accurate references for future use.
• Maintain engineering production folders
• Maintain accuracy of routings for shop travelers
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements for the profitable production of products
• Compute costs and prepare estimates to support bids
• Consult with staff members, such as Director of Sales, Account Managers, Customer Service and Purchasing personnel to formulate accurate estimates and to resolve any issues
• Consult as required with customers to verify requirements
• Consult as required with vendors to verify costs

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data, and to recommend cost reductions
• Prepare special reports to support review, comparison and selection of vendors; planning, organizing and scheduling work; and determining profit improvement opportunities
• Daily handle and maintain all office records of correspondence, phone calls, faxes, and special project reports
• Photocopy records as required
• File all office records

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High school degree and prior manufacturing experience
Experience:
Prior record-keeping experience in manufacturing is desirable
Other:
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be well organized, accurate, and diligent
Bi-Lingual a plus

KEY COMPETENCIES
Must be able to accurately enter production data daily, organize and maintain all office files, and prepare special reports as requested
