When a massive die-cast press goes down and you need a 3” suction hose right now… most places tell you “we don’t stock that.”

This is a DN76/ 3” ID low-pressure suction hose with 3” flanges — the exact replacement for a critical die-cast application. The old one on the right had clearly seen better days.

No one else in the area had it. Hoses Unlimited did.

We keep these larger specialty suction line material on the shelf for exactly this reason. When production can’t wait, neither do we.

This auxiliary hydraulic upgrade adds an independent control circuit to the front-end loader—perfect for running grapples, augers, snowplow tilts, 4-in-1 buckets, and more right from the operator’s seat with an electronic joystick.
In this case, we set it up for a grapple. We fabricated a custom mount bracket for the zero-leak flat-face couplers and built all the custom hoses on-site for a perfect fit and reliable performance.

Just wrapped another big one for Hoses Unlimited! 🔥

We just finished completely re-hosing this entire high-pressure Husky plastic injection molding machine — right on the shop floor. Every major supply line, return hose, and control circuit was replaced with fresh high-pressure hose and proper fittings.

This customer’s boom line snapped off inside the box section of this boom lift when it was 10ft in the air. Talk about scary. We replaced the line, reassembled the boom, and it was back to lifting (safely)!
