This spring, we recognized Mike Kreuger for 32+ years with Triangle and yesterday, we celebrated John Parbs for 31+ years of service.

Their hard work, dedication, and knowledge have helped shape Triangle Tool over the years, and we’re grateful for the impact they’ve made.

Congratulations, John and Mike, on your well-deserved retirements. We wish you both nothing but the best in this next chapter! 👏

Before Graduation, She’s Already Building Her Future: Meet Emari Allen

While still a senior in high school and preparing to graduate this May, Emari has already been building experience at Triangle since June 2025 by diving into CNC machining and toolmaking. 👏

Favorite part of the job: Seeing things move from start to finish
Favorite food: Shrimp Parmesan Alfredo 🍴
After-work hobby: Watch movies
Something Learned: Being able to use cranes to machining. Also learned Power Mill and the intense process of toolmaking.

Words she lives by: "Always work hard towards the things you want because nothing is ever handed to you."

It’s been truly exciting to watch her develop hands-on skills, gain confidence on the shop floor, and explore a future in the trades.

Yesterday, we stepped away from the machines for a moment and came together for our Christmas luncheon.

Pop's BBQ - Milwaukee catered an incredible meal, we raffled off VISA gift cards, and we recognized multiple years-of-service milestones — including team members celebrating up to 20 years!
