They said I wouldn’t be anything when I dropped out of high school sophomore year…..I went on to become a degreed engineer.
They said you can’t just start a business……I did.
They said you can’t make great parts with a Tormach …. I proved them wrong……again!
I get asked a lot would I start over again with a Tormach…..given my situation the answer is 200%.
This machine has taught me how to problem solve. The machine has made me a better engineer. Our industry is struggling because lack of people interested, it’s lacking because the lack of support. I know people with some of the highest caliber machines pushing me to grow…..
I also have people saying I’m not a real shop because of my machines…..if your experiencing the later like me, buckle in and prove them wrong.
Most of these people haven’t had to figure out how to keep the lights on, or figure out where the next job is coming from. They break someone else’s tools, they crash someone else’s machine, yet they judge you like they’ve been in your shoes…… you have nothing to prove to them, but when you make it the feeling will be great.
