PMA Launches MFG NXT Leadership Learning Series

The MFG NXT Leadership Learning Series is a 3-part series designed for the next generation of manufacturing leaders. The purpose of the series is to provide millennials and genXers in the industry with an opportunity to hear from industry leaders, connect with their peers and learn best practices they can bring back to their company.

The series will benefit anyone whose leadership style and communication skills directly impact organizational and personal success. This series will be enhanced by several webinars throughout 2017.

Happy Manufacturing Day 2016. Reich Tool & Design & Winco Stamping along with other PMA members in Wisconsin hosted events for MFG Day. Eighty students from Menomonee Falls High School toured Winco & RTD on our first joint event. It was a great way to show the students about the opportunities available to them with a career in manufacturing.
