Before we ever break ground, the most important thing we do is evaluate the site. 🌍

On this build, having a topographic survey of the lot changed the entire design. Rather than working against the natural grade of the land, Tony decided to terrace the retaining wall, and the result was a backyard space far beyond what the clients originally imagined.

This is the kind of thoughtful decision-making that goes into every Alesci Home. Follow along for more. 🏡✨
