Woodstock Construction is hiring for two positions:

1. Office admin - Flexible duties and pay depending on the person. At bare minimum, it would be a receptionist role with training over time to take on more skills. We're also open to someone with a higher level of construction office experience to take on more advanced duties.

2. Small projects team lead - This is a hybrid position that involves estimating, project management, and some hands-on work. This person needs to be good with technology and experienced in carpentry and/or other building exterior skills. We have a never-ending supply of requests from our multifamily clients for relatively small (~$2,500-$50k) repair and replacement projects (Single deck replacement , targeted siding/roof repair, replacing a patio door, replacing a handful of windows, etc.). This person would take incoming requests and determine if they can be scheduled as T&M work or if they need to be bid first, schedule approved work, work alongside their team when needed, and turn in hours, receipts, etc. to support billing.
