The security and safety of our customers is our number one priority, particularly in face of the COVID-19 pandemic. While we find ourselves in unprecedented times – WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.
Our Customer Service Department is available to address any of your customer service needs and if needed we are fully able to work remotely. Our field technicians have gone over all safety practices and social distancing strategies, as recommended by the CDC. We will also be making daily calls to confirm any scheduling.
With several local businesses being closed or having reduced hours you can rest assured your alarm system is being monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week by our central station. We are also reviewing all alarm activity daily.
