We have fully functioning duct-less (mini split) heat pumps to test, hear, and learn more about.

Happy Memorial Day from the Air Nerds Team

We want to share a 8 minute clip of what was a 90 minute meeting we had with a special guest this past Friday.

We had the pleasure of having Jesse Martin with Christ Hope in to share their mission of creating hope and stability to kids and families who need it the most. Jesse is my brother and I know his heart and trust the organization he leads.

This Memorial Day we are thankful for the men and women who have dedicated their lives to serving our country- where we can have opportunities and freedom to raise our families with provisions that many families in the world do not have access to.

Air Nerds is a proud sponsor of Christ Hope and look forward to continuing to be able to contribute to causes in our local community and communities abroad. With each job we perform- a portion is given locally and globally and we are thankful for the men and woman who bravely serve this country and make this possible.

Happy Friday from the Air Nerds Team and Happy Early Memorial Day! 🇺🇸

Today we had a company meeting that will be the first of many that we share with our followers and customer base in an effort to be transparent and forthcoming with our visions, goals, and morals.

We were joined by my little brother and my father, who both have lived a lifetime of service to others. My brother has been involved in Christian ministry for his entire career and is now the CEO of a global nonprofit that helps children in Africa. Air Nerds is a proud sponsor of Christs Hope and our team is proud to work long hours in difficult work conditions to deliver our services knowing that not only are we being provided for, but that we are able to share our provisions with kids in need across the world.

My father owned his own HVAC company and was known in the community for the person who always looked at things through the lens of the homeowner. He today spoke on the values that he operated with and how Air Nerds will continue to serve that mission.

The Air Nerds office is open for business! Please stop by anytime Monday-Friday and meet our friendly staff, enjoy free coffee or a smoothie and check out our operation!

By the end of next week we will have fully functioning ductless (mini-split) systems for you to touch, hear operate, learn more about and “test before you buy”.

We again thank you to all of our supporters and clients who have helped Air Nerds reach this point in our company.

Happy Merchant Monday from the Air Nerds Cooling and Heating team…specifically the Air Nerds NEW OFFICE STAFF 🎉🎊.

Many of our customers may know that as a small company- we have not had a fully staffed and functioning office until this moment in time. Up to this point in Air Nerds History- the husband/wife duo of James and Le’ have handled virtually 100% of all calls, text, emails and other office management duties.

And as many of our loyal customers know we have had growing pains where wait times, things slipping through the cracks, longer delays on responses, and other administrative issues have occurred doing to being a small growing Mom and Pop shop.

We are happy to report that we have additional friendly faces to come see in person and competent friendly voices to speak to on the phone that are going to get your concerns addressed immediately and prevent anybody from waiting or feeling like we do not care about your individual concern.

All of our customers mean the world to us even if it’s a simple noise/vibration in your system you don’t like all the way to a complex project you’re working on.

We want to especially say thank you to our current customer base who have stood by us throughout these growing pains and thank you for your support so that we could get to this place and improve our services.

For those customers, we encourage you to call and remind our new office staff that you’re a Air Nerds customer and get yourself moved to the front of the line. We know we have rescheduled calls and we know we have forgotten things, but we are dedicated to making sure that everybody’s needs are taken care of from here on out.

In this hot weather, remember to make sure all your vents are open, your filter is clean and your thermostat seems accurate (feel free to use a kitchen thermometer to compare).

Call us and speak to Le’, Danielle, and Aly for any HVAC concerns you have or projects you have coming up. (More names will likely be introduced as we continue growing).

Also feel free to walk in and grab a free slushy and say hi anytime. 🍧🚶‍♀️🚶😎

We want to give a huge thank you to our customers who allow us steady workflow to be able to give back to the community. Most of our staff has children and supporting kids local sports is something we are all passionate about.

HVAC contractors in Virginia are required to take continuing education to ensure all the latest codes are understood- to protect the homeowner.

Have a quick listen to a note about these new refrigerants as well as “regular maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems are essential to minimizing refrigerant losses and ensuring long-term compliance with environmental regulations”.

Simply put- regular maintenance of your HVAC machine has always been a wise practice, but with the new technology and refrigerant it’s even more important.
