Earlier this week, we had the privilege of spending the evening with some of the top talent in the industry as we celebrated the Midwest Home Design Awards. Surrounded by so much creativity and innovation, it was impossible not to leave inspired and ready to tackle 2025 with fresh dreams and aspirations.

An extra special highlight of the night was reliving and celebrating some amazing wins alongside our friends at Milton House Design Collective.

1st Place: Custom Cabinet Installation
1st Place: Kitchen Design (up to 200 sq. ft.)
2nd Place Tie: Apartment/Loft/Condo Design
3rd Place: Interior Use of Tile

We’re so grateful for these honors and excited to push the boundaries as we strive for even more award-winning spaces in 2025!

Stella and Bruce eagerly waiting to find out if they made the nice list this year!

This client decided to transform this otherwise unused closet space into the perfect resting spot for these two English bulldogs.

Outfitted with a custom his and her kennel space with an interior opening so these two siblings can stay near each other at all times. With storage above to house the rest of their necessities, but most importantly the treats!

We had a fantastic evening this past Friday at the Midwest Home Design Awards put on by and a number of other great partners! It was a fantastic evening to connect with other industry peers and admire all the great work in our local market.

The Kenzo team was fortunate enough to have won a number of awards throughout the night. It was an energizing evening to see all the great work being done across the state by the many talented peers throughout the industry!
