Yes, you can 3D print injection molds — but the method matters.

FFF gets you basic molds for two-part silicone or rubber. Resin gives you injection mold quality.

For high-pressure applications, Rigid 10K or High Temp in an aluminum frame adds pressure resistance and easy swap-outs. Back out the material to save cost and allow flex under pressure. Done right, you can achieve over 1,000 shots with polypropylene, 500+ with ABS, and 5–10 with polycarbonate.
