I decided to get the new furnace! These guys are super prompt and gave me extra discounts on a Lennox. They also just put in a new AC in my store. I have 4 furnaces and 4 central air units between my house & store!! 2 are new of 8 now...lol. Blue Ox is ny neighbor on 19th street, Their office gal shops my store often too.
I discovered the old furnace was making odd noises after sleeping right above it last night. Sounded like a fan beating on metal. I got a new bed in my guest room (above furnace room) and tried it out last night. My old furnace was so loud I didn't think i could fall asleep. I never heard that in my other room. Good thing I am getting a new one.
I highly recommend these guys. The salesman Chris follows up and offers to help with anything
