UFP Minneota achieved a significant safety milestone this year by celebrating 365 days accident free on February 13. This accomplishment reflects the crew’s dedication to maintaining a safe working environment every day.

To honor the accomplishment, on March 12, the Management team fired up the grill and the Safety committee served a celebratory meal featuring ribeye steaks, baked beans, coleslaw, chips, and cupcakes. The lunch offered a well deserved moment of recognition for the employees, whose dedication made this achievement possible.

This milestone reflects the hard work, focus, and teamwork demonstrated across the facility. Safety has long been a core value UFP Minneota, and reaching a full year without an accident the effectiveness of that shared commitment.

During the celebration, Director of Operations Corey Moseng, expressed his appreciation to the entire team, thanking them for their efforts and continued dedication to maintaining a safe workplace.

At the close of the meeting, management distributed celebratory T-shirts to all the employees.

UFP Minneota now looks ahead to building on the success and continuing to make Safety a daily priority.

Haley has consistently taken on more work overtime, demonstrating adaptability and initiative. This has been especially evident, with the restart of walls, where she has seamlessly absorbed additional responsibilities. Haley has earned the respect of her coworkers through her willingness to help others. She is a dependable team player who contributes to a positive and supportive work environment. Haley‘s work area and paperwork are always kept in excellent order, which helps keep production, running smoothly and minimizes delays.

When her manager was out for a week, Haley stepped in and did an excellent job filling in the role. She showed reliability, confidence, and the ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure.

We are proud to recognize Haley as our employee of the month for November

Yesterday we recognized and celebrated our employees that had anniversaries and birthdays in the month of November.

Employees also enjoyed Nestlé chocolate chip ice cream cookie sandwiches to celebrate Jose R five year anniversary. Tomorrow employees will enjoy Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches to celebrate Jasper P five year anniversary.
