Shout out to Northern Con-Agg for their trust in us to assemble this Monster! This is a Dewatering wheel, it removers sand and rock from a slurry and sends to their crushers. The wheel is approximately 25' in diameter and weighs almost 27000 lbs. The screener stands approximately 35' tall and the weighs in at 24000 lbs without the stand underneath. This was an awesome project to be involved in and a great change of pace for the guys.

If you have these kinda problems give us a call. 20yrs of experience and plenty of references. We are not storm chasers but a reputable company that is in the business of doing quality work and not promising something we can't deliver just to get a down Payment and let you down later. There is alot of companies out there promising total rebuilds before fall and truth be told that is a long shot at best right now for most. Please be careful of who you are dealing with and make sure to due your research on them before handing them a check.

Some photos after day 9 the Pennsylvania project. Little different country than us "Flatlanders" are used to but glad to be here and a part of this project. New towers are 160' tall with 12K BPH legs, with a 60' x 20 ring bin, single dump pit and load out system being added to the existing system. New system will consist of a 48' x 20 ring wet bin, 72' x 20 ring dry bin, NEECO Dryer, and a double dump pit system. Once again all the towers, legs and conveyors are being supplied by our friends at EZ Flo grain systems in Scotland, SD. Let us know if we can help you out with your next project.
