A little of everything…

The demo crew started with their surgical like demolition as old spaces tie into new. The crew had to be thoughtful in their attack as cove ceilings surrounded areas where walls were being removed and relocated all together.

Next the framers had their fun creating new framed openings into an existing sun room, modifying framing for a new kitchen layout and expanding two main floor bathrooms.

Most importantly protecting existing finishes and keeping a tidy job site. Our crews spend extra time on the front end protecting finishes for reuse and end each day leaving the site clean and prepared for any trade to follow after us. A firm nonnegotiable for the Demo Day & Co. Team!
