The Sales Director, Packaging will:

• Develop, lead, and coach a team of Territory Managers to achieve growth objectives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes

• Bring a collaborative, results-oriented approach focused on team development and customer success

• Have 8+ years of packaging and/or industrial sales experience, plus 4+ years of sales leadership experience

That's why we're grateful to partners like Meler, who recently welcomed to their Charlotte, NC, facility for two days of hands-on training with Meler's packaging equipment technologies. The program was thoughtfully designed to help our team deepen its understanding of packaging applications, equipment capabilities, and solution selection.
