New flooring, custom built-ins, fresh paint, updated lighting, decorative ceiling details, and a black stone fireplace completely transformed this space. I didn’t make it back in time to grab a final photo after the fireplace was finished because the homeowners were already busy enjoying their new space. 💪🏽🏡

From dark textured ceilings and closed off spaces to a bright clean modern home.

This remodel completely changed the feel of the house. We removed the outdated look, skim coated and installed new drywall to eliminate the heavy texture ceilings, updated the lighting throughout, installed new flooring, trim, doors, and completely transformed the kitchen with a brand new layout and oversized island.

The living room alone feels twice the size now with the brighter finishes, recessed lighting, and updated flooring flowing throughout the home.

These are the type of transformations we love doing. Taking an older layout and turning it into a clean functional modern space for a family to truly enjoy.

Basement build-out complete

We took this space all the way from open to fully finished and functional. Framing, electrical, ductwork to keep it comfortable, insulation, drywall, and a full paint finish all completed.

The goal was simple — create a clean, comfortable space where the homeowner can relax and watch movies or TV without worrying about the unfinished basement feel.

They decided to hold off on flooring and baseboards for now while they take their time choosing the right option. Everything is prepped and ready for when they’re ready to finish that final step.

Another one wrapped up.

This bathroom started with an old fiberglass surround that had definitely seen better days. We removed everything and upgraded the space with FlexStone panels for a clean, modern look.

FlexStone is a solid choice for showers. It’s durable, waterproof, low maintenance, and gives you that stone-style finish without the upkeep of tile. No grout lines means less chance for mold and easier cleaning long term.

We handled everything from start to finish:
• Full demo of existing system
• New shower base

We’ve been super slammed and I honestly didn’t even get a chance to take before pictures, but trust me this was a solid transformation.

This one started off rough.

Got a call for a rental property where the toilet had been leaking for a long time. By the time we got there, there was mold and the floor was completely compromised.

Out-of-state landlord needed someone he could trust to step in and handle everything without being on-site.

We took care of the process the right way.
Brought in a trusted mold remediation company to clean and treat the area first, no shortcuts on something like that.

Once it was cleared, we came in and put it back together:
• New flooring installed
• New tub and surround system
• Solid, clean bathroom ready for use again

Homeowner is handling painting, but everything else is done and ready.

Customer handled their own demo and we came in to finish the tub area. We were hired strictly for plumbing and tile work and brought it all together with a clean modern finish.

New tub install updated plumbing and a sharp tile surround with a detailed accent band that really makes it stand out.

Another transformation in the books. We took this outdated one-piece tub surround and turned it into a clean, modern shower featuring FlexStone panels in a Calacatta White finish.

At Risen Renovations, we focus on making the entire process easy for our customers. We work around your schedule, not the other way around. Need us there late afternoon? No problem. Sundays? We’ve got you. Early mornings? We’re ready.
