As their family grew, so too did their business, as sons Shane and Sheldon eventually joined the team. The years have brought both growth and success to the company, which today is home to more than 75 employees. In addition to the Minot headquarters, Sundre Sand & Gravel also have the

ir Williston and New Town locations to best serve Northwest North Dakota. Sundre Sand & Gravel specializes in aggregate production and oversees projects across North Dakota for county, state, and private companies. They perform a number of services to rural and residential customers alike. Sundre's experienced team utilizes some of the finest state of the art machinery in the business. Hello! We are so thankful to all the friends, family and employees who helped us celebrate the start of summer at Sandbox Saturday. Even with a soggy start the turn out was amazing. We knocked it out of the park, drop the mic, and stick a fork in it done!

There will be more photos coming but here's a couple to warm your hearts. Nothing says welcome summer like dogs wearing caps, a hot dog in your hand and sand in your shoes!

There was lots of interest in the doggies from Animal Empowerment League. I believe one has found a forever home but we will update you on that as well!

How to Fix Snow Plow Damage to Lawn with Sundre Sand and Gravel Screened Topsoil!
Once winter ends, damaged lawns need immediate attention. Follow these steps:
1. Assess the Damage – Look for displaced sod or deep gouges in the soil.
2. Reposition Torn Grass – Press any sections of sod that remain intact, if any, back into place.
3. Rake and Level the Soil – Use a rake to smooth uneven spots and remove compacted dirt.
4. Add SUNDRE SAND AND GRAVEL TOPSOIL and Grass Seed – Spread a thin layer of soil over bare patches, then apply grass seed. Lightly rake the area to help the seeds settle.
5. Water Regularly – Keep the soil moist to promote healthy grass growth, most seeds germinate in 2–3 weeks.
Sit back, relax and watch your grass grow! (at my house we also have to rake the driveway rocks out of the lawn 🙁)
Sundre Sand and Gravel has Screened Topsoil (beautiful black dirt) and Unscreened topsoil (contains some lumps and rocks). You can but it by the 5 gallon bucket, pickup bed load, trailer load or dump truck load!

Winter is back.........Anyone dealing with a little ice, slippery driveway, or unsafe parking lots? Sundre has 10%, 20% and 30% salt sand. We can spread it for you, deliver it in bulk or you can pick it up at our Sundre pit location @ 6220 37th Ave SE.
