Meet Alejandro Estrada Rodriguez, Leadman, currently supporting the Walmart 1436 project. Alejandro has been an integral part of the overnight remodel team, helping ensure projects are completed on time and with professionalism. With more than fifteen years at C. Davis Electric, he continues to bring a strong work ethic to the job while encouraging those around him to push themselves and strive to be better. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to the team make him an invaluable asset and a great example of the culture we strive to build at C. Davis Electric.

He was nominated by Jorge Arocho in recognition of his dedication, leadership, and continued contributions to the team.

2026 CONSTRUCTION APPRECIATION WEEK WINNERS

In September, C. Davis Electric celebrated Construction Appreciation Week with a series of employee giveaways as a small way to recognize the people behind our work.

Throughout the week, five Team CDE employees were selected as winners:

C. Davis Electric had a great time at the Miller Construction Company Networking Breakfast hosted by Construction Association of South Florida at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center.

The morning was a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals, learn more about Miller Construction’s upcoming projects, and continue building relationships within South Florida’s construction community.

A special shoutout to Eric Fabritius, Sean Waton , Edwin Pereira, and Doug Martin for representing Team CDE and continuing to strengthen the relationships that help move our industry forward.

💚 Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day | October 10

We all go through things that the people around us may never see.
That’s why checking in, listening, and making sure people know they have somewhere to turn can be so important.

The theme for World Mental Health Day 2026 is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.” It reminds us that people who have personally experienced mental health challenges bring an important perspective and that truly listening to those experiences can help create meaningful change.

At C. Davis Electric, we believe looking out for our people includes their mental well-being too.

Sometimes you don’t need the perfect words. Ask someone how they are doing. Give them a chance to talk. Listen without judgment. And if you are the one having a difficult time, know that it's okay to reach out for support.

⚡ APPRENTICE IN ACTION | TERAWATT

There’s nothing better than hearing from one of our field leaders who wants to recognize a member of their crew for a job well done.

Foreman Julio Galiano reached out to give a special shoutout to Brandon Perez, Apprentice, for the work he’s been putting in at our Terawatt project.

Brandon took on the task of carefully routing, organizing, and connecting the large conductors shown here into the electrical distribution equipment. The photos give a great look at the finished installation, including the multiple sets of conductors carefully routed into the equipment and landed at their respective connection points.

Completing work like this gives an apprentice valuable hands-on experience with large conductors, electrical distribution equipment, proper routing, and terminations, while putting the skills learned in the field into practice.

Julio was proud of Brandon’s work and wanted to make sure he received some well-deserved recognition. 👏

That’s what apprenticeship is all about: learning the trade, taking on new challenges, gaining hands-on experience, and continuing to build your skills with every project.

Great work, Brandon! Keep learning, keep growing, and keep taking pride in your craft. ⚡💪
