WCC is a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking applicants for a Commercial Field Superintendent.
The successful applicant will be experienced in all aspects of high-level repair and service work, including light electrical, cabinets, painting, drywall patching, light cleaning and installation of shelving. A good eye for finish detail and a professional approach to the work will be keys to success.
This is a full-time and travel-based job which will require the employee to travel to different job sites or supply vender locations. We are looking for people based out of the South Bend, IN area.
The working Field Superintendent will be involved in performing the project work while overseeing a team of 2 to 4 people, while also being in charge of communications with the WCC home office and project managers. The typical weekly schedule will involve driving from Mishawaka WCC office to the project location(s) and required meetings.
A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record is required.
PLEASE NOTE: due to client requirements, successful applicants MUST pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to confirming employment.
Following completion of an introductory period, WCC offers benefits to eligible employees, including earned vacation time, company cell phone and laptop or approved stipends and health and dental insurance stipends. Pay: $19 to $25 per hour or based on experience. Regular opportunities for overtime work.
