REPAIR JOB
We got a call about a conveyor that was crushed due to a rig being over the clearance limit.

Here we were able to save a couple pieces we bent them back to their original state.

And got a couple of bends on some new 1/4 sheet. To replace the rest.

Customer was in a crunch and we were able to have it done in 3 business days.

Customer: Needed us to fix some cracks on this top piece for a hydraulic piston. Unfortunately, we won’t patch up welds. With the amounts of pressure it would be best to build a whole new piece.

The original part needed to be ordered as a full set. Which was too much for what they needed. Plus the wait time for the part would be too long.

But here at Regio machining we were able to not just replicate the part exactly. But out of steel. Instead of cast iron.

Customer was very happy. And will definitely bring us the left side next time.
