We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Skills

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

We are looking for someone who is smart, professional, driven, conscientious, and career-minded. The right person to join our team must be able to make decisions, think independently and work well as a supporting member of our team. The work primarily consists of commercial and residential projects of all sizes & complexity.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Variable Revit Family Models that reflect our Submittal parameters.
Creating 3D models of new/modified sheet metal designs for inclusion in documentation for Design Engineering purposes.
Checking drawing packages for proper layout and dimensioning.
Participate in design teams with engineers and other departments. Interface with manufacturing as required for completing design work.
Qualifications:

Be attending a Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from 2-year College or Technical School; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience in drafting.
Working knowledge of MS Office products.
Proficient in the use of AutoDESK Revit (Required experience)
3D modeling program (Solid Edge preferred)
Proficient Lumion (Preferred)
Ability to work with Architect and Project Manager on progress of Revit model
Ability to work under pressure to meet “deadlines” and to multi-task projects
Applicant Capabilities:

Demonstrated proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.
Ability to work with Architect and Project Manager on progress of Revit model
Ability to work under pressure to meet “deadlines” and to multi-task projects
Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
