🚨 REBID – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 🚨
Meat Processing Training Center | Blackfeet Community College | Browning, MT
Blackfeet Community College with the help of Sellars Consultant Engineering is re-issuing this Request for Proposal after receiving no bids on the previous solicitation.
We are seeking sealed proposals from qualified, TERO-certified General Contractors for:
• Foundation retrofit & structural improvements
• Utility infrastructure (water, sewer/lift station, fiber, power)
• Interior build-out of the 30' x 100' two-story classroom & meat processing training area
• New 12' x 19.5' generator lean-to
Once the concrete foundation retrofit and utilities are complete, the majority of the remaining work will take place inside the existing 100' x 100' steel building, which should help minimize weather-related delays.
