Missoula Concrete Construction Missoula Concrete is a PCI certified precast concrete company who engineers and produces precast products for the comercial sector.

Just over 30 years ago, Ken Duce, F.S. architect, approached us with a photograph of a fairly new wooden structure that had been damaged by porcupines. He asked if we could produce similar structures in wood textured concrete and we told him that if we could work with field assembled panels, we could give him just about any size or shape building he could want during a time where only monolithic s

tructures were acceptable...Ken began creating drawings. In 1982 we erected our first concrete vault toilet building at the Paradise Boat Launch site in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness area. It was a double vault building with outside dressing rooms and it is still being used today. Throughout the 1980's, numerous modifications were created to be ADA compliant, and to match the needs of forest services across the United States. We needed to deliver a finished product, eliminating field assembly, in order to complete finished work in a controlled indoor environment leading to the creation of our 'Aspen' Vault Toilet, which became the model for the industry we know today.

The new Pasco Aquatic Center is now open to the public! We had the privilege of building the architectural precast concrete wall panels for the facility that was designed to serve the growing Tri-Cities region while providing a durable, efficient, and welcoming year-round destination.

The aquatic center brings together indoor and outdoor recreation with pools, water slides, a lazy river, lap swimming, play areas, and spaces for aquatic programs.

Recently our team manufactured custom architectural precast concrete wall panels that form part of the natatorium structure for the new 47,000-square-foot Pasco Aquatic Center in Washington. The facility features two indoor pools, outdoor water attractions, lazy rivers, water slides, climbing features, hot tubs, and flexible community gathering spaces designed for families and visitors of all ages. We’re excited for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony in July!

Missoula Concrete Construction is proud to be building two new precast concrete bridge structures designed to improve flood resilience and strengthen critical infrastructure along the MT 21 corridor near Augusta.

The Sun River and surrounding creek systems have historically been prone to flooding, putting major pressure on local roadways and nearby communities. According to the Montana Department of Transportation, these new bridge replacements are part of ongoing efforts to improve water flow, reduce flood impacts, and create safer, more reliable transportation routes for residents, emergency services, and travelers.

The project includes modern precast concrete bridge components engineered for long-term durability, faster installation, and enhanced performance in Montana’s harsh climate conditions.

The multi-day even included a plant tour, fun group activities, and a full-panel discussion between Missoula Concrete, and about a recent precast concrete project, analyzing what went well and what challenges arose.

We’re proud to have built the precast wall panels for the new Montana Food Bank Network facility in Missoula and help support this incredible nonprofit’s mission.

The Montana Food Bank Network’s new warehouse, a 56,000+ sq ft facility, opened in 2025 and nearly doubles the size of their former space, meaning more room for storage, fresh produce, freezers, volunteer spaces, and food packing areas that help feed Montanans in need.

Since 1983, the Montana Food Bank Network has worked tirelessly to end hunger across the state, distributing millions of pounds of food through hundreds of partner agencies, from food pantries and schools to shelters and senior centers.
