We're Hiring AND We've Got a New Promo!

Two things going on at Estes right now, and both are worth your time.

First, the jobs.

We're still looking to fill three spots:

Lead Installer – Experienced and ready to run a crew? Let's talk.
Installer Helpers – New to HVAC? We'll train you. Just bring a good work ethic.
HVAC Customer Service Rep – Our office and phones person. Friendly, organized, good with people.
Good pay, benefits, tools provided for the crew, and room to grow. Local and family-run since 1982.

Second, the deal.

For a limited time, buy a new system from us and we'll throw in a free air purifier.

If you've been putting off replacing an old, tired unit, this is a good reason to finally do it. You get a new system that actually keeps up with Gulf Coast summers, plus cleaner air for your home at no extra cost. Better comfort and better air quality in one shot.

Allergies, dust, that stuffy feeling in the house. A purifier helps with all of it, and right now it's on us with a new system.

Happy Friday, everybody.

Before we head into the weekend, we wanted to pull everything together. We put out a couple of job postings this week, and all of these spots are still open.

Here's what we're looking for:

Lead Installer – If you've got installation experience and you're ready to run a crew, let's talk.
Installer Helpers – New to the trade? No problem. If you'll show up and work hard, we'll teach you the rest.
Dispatch Customer Service Rep – This is our office and phones person. Scheduling, helping customers, coordinating with the techs, keeping things running smooth. Good attitude matters more than experience here.
Across all of these, what we really care about is the same thing. Show up. Work hard. Treat people right. That's it.

What you get working with us: good pay, benefits, tools provided for the field crew, paid time off, and real room to grow. We've been local and family-run since 1982, and we take care of our people.

If any of these sound like you, or like somebody you know, don't sit on it. Reach out.

Good morning, Gulf Coast. We have multiple openings at our office.

We've talked about hiring for our install crew, but today we've got something a little different. We're looking for an HVAC Customer Service Representative to join us in the office.

This is the person who keeps things running behind the scenes. The voice our customers hear when they call. If you're organized, friendly, and good with people, this might be the spot for you.

Here's what the job looks like:

-Answering calls and helping customers schedule service
-Booking and managing appointments on the calendar
-Coordinating with our technicians out in the field
-Following up with customers after service
-Handling paperwork, invoices, and basic office tasks
-Keeping things organized and customers happy

HVAC experience is a plus, but it's not required. What matters most is a good attitude, solid communication, and the ability to stay on top of things when it gets busy. We'll teach you the rest.

We're local and family-run, and we've been serving the Gulf Coast since 1982. When you work here, you're part of the team, not just a name on a schedule.

And just a reminder, we're still hiring for our install crew too. Lead Installer and Helper spots are open.

If any of this sounds like you or someone you know, reach out.

Good morning, Gulf Coast.

We're halfway through the week and fully into summer now. The heat's not playing around, and neither is the humidity.

This is the time of year your AC really earns its keep. If it's been running long, cooling some rooms better than others, or just not feeling as cold as it used to, don't wait on it. June and July are when struggling systems tend to quit, usually on the hottest day possible.

A quick look now beats an emergency call later. We're out across Mobile and Baldwin Counties every day if you need us.

Also, we're still hiring.

We've got spots open for a Lead Installer and Installer Helpers. Got experience? Great. New to the trade but willing to learn? We'll train you. We just need people who show up, work hard, and treat folks' homes right.

Good pay, benefits, tools provided, and room to grow. Local and family-run since 1982.

How's your AC holding up this week? And if you know someone looking for work, tag them below.

Still Hiring, Gulf Coast!

Yesterday we put the word out that we're hiring, and we wanted to follow up because these spots are still open.

We're looking for a Lead Installer and Installer Helpers to join the Estes team.

Quick reminder of what we're after: someone who shows up, works hard, and treats people's homes the right way. Experience is great, but if you're new and willing to learn, we'll train you. Attitude matters more than a resume.

What you get:

Great pay
Training
Health benefits
Tools provided
Paid time off
Room to move up

We've been a local, family-run company since 1982. When you work here, you're not just a number. You're part of the team.

If you've been thinking about it, don't wait too long. Good positions don't stay open forever.

We're Hiring, Gulf Coast!

We're growing, and we're looking for good people to join the Estes Heating & Air team.

Right now we've got openings for a Lead Installer and Installer Helpers.

If you've got installation experience and want to lead a crew, we want to talk to you. And if you're just getting started and looking to learn the trade, that's good too. We provide training. What we can't teach is showing up on time, working hard, and treating people's homes with respect. That part's on you.

Here's what you get working with us:

Great pay
Training provided
Health benefits
Tools and equipment supplied
Paid time off
Real room to grow
We've been serving the Gulf Coast since 1982. We're a local team, not a faceless company, and we take care of the people who take care of our customers.

Happy Friday, Gulf Coast.

This is the last Friday of May, which feels strange to say. June is Monday. Just like that, we're in summer.

If you've been outside this week, you already know what's coming. The mornings are still pretty nice, but by mid-afternoon? That's a different story. The humidity is back, the heat is climbing, and your AC is starting to remind you it exists.

Here's the thing about Gulf Coast summers. They don't ease in. One week feels manageable and the next you're checking the thermostat wondering why the house feels warm. That's usually when people remember they meant to call us back in April.

If your system has been doing something it didn't do last year, this is the weekend to make a mental note. Then actually do something about it Monday. Not the Monday after that. Not "when it gets bad." Monday.

We'd rather take care of it now while your house is still comfortable than have you sweating through Tuesday night waiting for a same-day call.

Enjoy your weekend. Get outside. Eat something off a grill. We'll be here when you need us.

Halfway through the week.

If your AC has been running nonstop the last few days, you're not alone. The heat is settling in and our phones have been busy.

Here's something we hear a lot this time of year: "It was working fine last week."

That's how it usually goes. HVAC systems don't always give you a warning. One day everything is normal, the next day you walk into a warm house wondering what happened.

The good news? Most of the time, the system was actually giving small signs that something was off. We just weren't paying attention.

Things like:

A little extra noise when it kicks on
The house taking a bit longer to cool down
A faint smell you can't quite place
Slightly higher energy bills
If anything on that list sounds familiar, give us a call before it turns into a "it was working fine last week" situation.

Has your AC ever gone out on you with no warning? Tell us about it in the comments.

Good morning, Gulf Coast.

Hope you had a meaningful Memorial Day. Now we're back at it, and summer is officially in full swing.

If you had family in town or hosted over the weekend, your AC got a workout. Doors opening and closing, extra people in the house, the oven running. All of it adds up.

Now's a good time to check in. Did everything hold up? Any rooms that felt warmer than they should? System running longer than usual to cool things down?

If something felt off, don't ignore it. These little signs have a way of becoming bigger problems once the real heat of June and July hits.

Our team at Estes Heating & Air is back on the road today helping folks across Mobile and Baldwin Counties. If you need us, we're here.
