✨ Employee Spotlight: April Thompson ✨
Meet April! She has been part of the Simile family for more than two years and is currently supporting all eight of Aspiranet's Hope Forward campus projects.
What makes these projects especially meaningful to her is the impact they have on children, youth, and families through foster care, adoption, and behavioral health services. Knowing her work helps support something bigger is what makes her most proud to be part of the team.
When asked what sets Simile apart, her answer was simple: the people. "Whether it's work related or something happening in your personal life, people genuinely care." That sense of support and family is one of the reasons she's chosen Simile during two different chapters of her career.
She also enjoys being part of Owner Architect Contractor meetings, where she gets to see projects come together and stay one step ahead of what's next. And before the day gets busy, you'll usually find her with a fresh cup of coffee, catching up on emails and getting organized for the day ahead. ☕❤️
