Valley Air Conditioning & Heating was founded in 1964 here in Modesto and has been in continuous operation since that time. Michael Eyerly purchased the company, under his careful diligence and guidance, the company has evolved. We started as a residential sales and service company and have thrived and expanded over the years into what we are today--an ever-growing full-service business serving both residential and commercial needs here in the Central Valley area. In June of 2023 Mr. Eyerly's daughter Amber Utz (President/CEO) assumed ownership of the company.
