BE AWARE do you have areas around siding, doors and decking that looks like this? These areas are prone to water beating down and not running off properly. It can soak into the wood if it is not properly protected with paint and caulking. Once these areas are pulled back there can be rot. Not just to siding but to interior boards. If you have areas like this it is worth the inspection to get it fixed sooner than later! Send us a message and we can come take a look!
