Celebrating 34 years of dedication 💙

Tomorrow we celebrate our Senior Payroll Manager, Gail Capps, as she begins a well‑earned retirement after 34 years with Builders Sales and Service Company.

Gail has been a steady, faithful part of our Builders family—taking care of our people, keeping things running behind the scenes, and always doing it with patience, integrity, and a smile.

We are incredibly grateful for her loyalty and the countless ways she has supported our team and our field crews over the years. She has helped build this company just as surely as anything we’ve put in place out in the field.
