Great to see the Wayland Union Schools pool moving into the testing phase! We’re proud of the concrete work our team completed on the pool basin and walls and excited to see the finished facility come together.

Now THIS is exciting!

One of the major tests for the new pool is filling the entire basin with water and letting it sit for 72 hours to check for any leaks in the concrete.

Once it passes, the water will be drained, the pool will be tiled (with 1,992,389 individual tile pieces, to be exact!) and then filled again for another round of testing.

Seeing the pool basin filled with water for the first time really makes the vision come to life. We’re getting closer!
