If you get a chance, visit Holland May 1–10 for their annual Tulip Time Festival , where beloved Dutch traditions are on full display. It’s a great time to be in West Michigan.

While you’re out there, take a look at the progress at Hope College new building, with Owen-Ames-Kimball serving as the general contractor. Our crews are hard at work constructing the foundation, including the installation of helical piers—laying the groundwork for what’s to come.

Spring has a way of resetting everything. The cold, dark days are behind us, the grass is turning green, and there’s a sense of opportunity in the air. Sure, there are a few rainy days mixed in—but overall, things start to take shape and bring a renewed energy.

That same energy is showing up on our jobsites. Our crews are out across West Michigan with the right mindset, staying focused and ready to take on what’s ahead—just like they do all year long.

Right now, that work includes crews making progress on the concrete foundation at Holland Hospital—another step forward in a project that will serve the community for years to come.
