Why is this important?
There are 1000 people selling buildings online and Facebook.
I saw a price on this building which was lower than what I could do with a legitimate company so I looked into it.....

The catch with the LOW price sellers...
They don't provide engineer drawings that you can use in nearly any place in South Carolina, coastal, Georgia, or coastal North Carolina.

I can sell you these cheap buildings.
I can do it through America's Building Network.
If you aren't pulling permits, you can save some money. But if you ever get in trouble with your county, you can never get engineer drawings that actually match your building and the building codes required.
So here's the trick.
Order a building at a low price from one of these discount dealers.... Wait a couple of days for engineer drawings.... Apply for permits in your county, because most of those companies do not pull your permits for you.... Wait a few weeks and get a denial because you're building plans do not meet wind code or are not seismic D.... Contact the discount building seller and learn that the engineer drawings that are actually for your area will cost you another $2,600.... Try to get your money back... Only to get severely disappointed.
That's the trick....
Before you try to save a dollar...
Ask if the engineer drawings that you will receive will actually match the zip code that you live in and will they guarantee to give you back your non-refundable deposit if permits are denied.

We wrestle with engineers for you everyday.
As FEMA changes regulations, counties adopt FEMA codes so they can get that Federal money, and wind zones shift... Even across Berkeley County... We handle all of that for you.

I just found out last week that we have to put flood vents on garages in Pimlico now. We have built nine buildings in pimlico to date and this is the first time we've encountered this. The customer will never know about the additional cost or hassle....

I love the animals we rescue from the ugliest pig to the oldest horse.
I love having my son involved in all of these activities. I actually could not own this farm or operate it without his assistance.
