Small handrail job at the high school I served multiple detentions in growing up!!!! 😂
McVey Landscaping/Lawncare put this gorgeous landscaping in and felt like it could use some handrail to go with. This corner looks way different with all these upgrades.

Case 940/955 tool bars have a tongue issue. These have a tendency to wear out over time prematurely.
The picture with the 4 plates is cases fix. You are instructed to cut holes with a torch and then slide these plates in those holes and then weld all around.
This is probably the dumbest thing I have ever heard of doing to By doing what is instructed, you will be putting ever single hole in a completely different alignment other than the factory measurement. Will it work ? Ya it might work, only to change the whole symmetry of the bar and tongue. This also causes pre mature wear and undo stress on critical hinge points. Not to mention if you need this kit, it’s $3800 in season.

We line bore it and build our own bushings. Very simple, very effective. we have completed 6 bars like this and never had an issues.

We skin the top with stainless liners so you don’t have to cough up $5000 for a new one.
This is probably #10 that we’ve done. It’s not an easy task but will save you a lot of money.

Steel beam header install. This old header was trash so we got called to replace and add supports back into the new beam. Easy peasy
