❄️ Ice Dam Season ❄️

Ice dams start when warm air melts snow on your roof. That water runs down, hits the colder edge, and freezes. It keeps building, traps more water, and eventually that moisture starts looking for a way inside.

Common causes are -

Soft spots and beyond - to patch or replace?

At that point, patching isn’t a solution.
