It matters who installs your system.Went to do a maintenance on a 1 yr old unit.The previous installer installed a drain...

It matters who installs your system.
Went to do a maintenance on a 1 yr old unit.
The previous installer installed a drain with no access to clean out, no emergency float switch in the pan no secondary drain float switch.
And also didn’t add the additional refrigerant needed to be properly charged. Heat pump was running at 1/4 less capacity.
Also emergency heat was not wired properly so that wasn’t working.
🤦🏼‍♂️
So many things wrong!
