Meet the Team: Matt Harvey

If you've spent any time around a JTL jobsite, chances are you've met Matt Harvey. As one of our Project Managers, Matt helps keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish while making sure our clients, crews, and subcontractors stay on the same page.

When he's not on the job, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, cooking, and never passes up a good conversation. Whether he's checking on a project or swapping stories, Matt's easygoing personality and strong work ethic make him a favorite with both clients and coworkers.

Meet the Team — Mason Shelby

Mason Shelby is one of our Assistant Superintendents at JTL Construction & Roofing, helping keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. He assists with managing crews, monitoring progress, and making sure our job sites stay clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Mason is heavily involved in his church and youth programs in the community while also balancing school. He’s always eager to learn, quick to jump in wherever needed, and brings a great attitude to the team every day. He truly brings a lot of light to the workplace and keeps everyone laughing along the way.

He’s dependable, hardworking, loves a good cheeseburger, and although he still can’t back up a trailer… we’re proud to have him on the team.
