Sometimes a small bathroom upgrade can become the centerpiece of a home. Older homes don’t always have a functional shower layout, and in this particular project we completely transformed the space while preserving the existing tub.

We gutted the bathroom down to the framing, rerouted plumbing to open up a brand-new shower location, replaced damaged subflooring, and installed new tile for a clean, elegant update that better fits modern living.

Projects like this are a reminder that thoughtful renovations can completely change the feel and function of a home without losing its original character.

Another beautiful repaint in the books 🎨

As always, we protected all flooring with durable traction paper, meticulously prepped every surface, and delivered a clean, high-quality finish. The walls were coated in Behr Almond Latte using Benjamin Moore products for a smooth, lasting result. In the dining room, the upper walls were finished in Behr Palm Desert, adding a sharp accent that really elevates the space.

The master bedroom had a multi-level ceiling with noticeable cracking and settling. We removed the popcorn texture, completed all necessary repairs, and finished it off with Coronado Final Touch—bringing in a brighter, more natural feel to the room.

Every project wraps up the same way—with a thorough, professional cleaning so the space is move-in ready.

We provided an EIFS stucco facelift across multiple areas of the building, corrected underlying framing issues, and refinished not only the structure—but also the rails, light poles, and surrounding elements using durable, long-lasting products built to perform.

Thank you, Crosley Elementary, for trusting us with your project! This was a fun job from start to finish.

During the project, we replaced several metal siding panels that were beyond repair. From there, we thoroughly cleaned the entire building surface, neutralized rusted areas, repaired entry doors, and restored the metal facing trim. The final result is a refreshed exterior that not only looks great but is built to last for many years to come.

This project became much more than a bathroom remodel — it was a full restoration.

What started as a renovation quickly revealed a serious issue: the space had become a haven for microbial growth. Proper remediation was not optional — it was essential. We took every necessary step to ensure the area was treated thoroughly and correctly.

The entire bathroom was completely demoed and stripped to the framing. All exposed studs were professionally cleaned and treated. We installed mold-resistant drywall throughout the space and added a new ventilation fan to improve long-term air circulation and moisture control.

From there, we rebuilt it the right way.
