Today we’re celebrating two Elite Air anniversaries! 🎉

Mallorie has officially survived 2 years with us… and somehow still answers the phone nicely every day. 😂

And Dave is celebrating 3 years — proving that even if you look mildly irritated 24/7, you can still be one of the most dependable guys on the team. We’re pretty sure grumpiness is just part of his HVAC certification at this point.

Training morning at the shop with NuCalgon! 💪

Today the crew got hands-on training with the iWave system — an air purification technology installed in HVAC systems that helps reduce allergens, odors, bacteria, viruses, smoke, and other airborne particles to improve indoor air quality. 🌬️🏠

Some moments just hit differently as parents 💙🎓

Last night we got to watch our daughter, Mallorie, walk across the stage and graduate from Muskegon Community College with her Associates in Education.

Watching her work hard, stay determined, balance school, work, and life — and then seeing it all pay off — is something we are incredibly proud of. It’s been such a joy watching her grow into the kind, hardworking young woman she is becoming.

Many of you know Mallorie as one of the smiling faces here at Elite Air, and seeing this milestone firsthand makes this moment even more special for our family and our team.
