Here’s a look at the work we’ve done on this property so far:

A Job Well Done by MTX Dirt Worx!

Shoutout to our MTX Dirt Worx crew for their top-tier work on this recent project! Our team knocked it out of the park by taking these 4 disastrous lots and making these RV pads sites!

Work consisted of the following:

✅️Removing trash and organic material from pad sites to ensure the new soil sticks and no voids will form under new construction.
✅ Leveling pads for a solid and stable foundation that consists of a select fill base topped with crushed concrere.
✅ Grading the land to ensure proper drainage and prevent water issues
✅ Laying down erosion control mat to protect the soil and maintain stability
✅ Seeding the land to promote healthy grass growth and a great finish
