Another big transformation completed by Conley Cooling & Heating.
This home had a very uncommon setup: two 3-ton outdoor condensers feeding one 6-ton evaporator coil with a custom Crazy Air air handler and plenum box. On top of that, some of the duct runs were over 70 feet long, which is not ideal for proper airflow or efficient system performance.
We replaced the old configuration with two new 3-ton Ruud RD18 systems, giving the home a much better setup for comfort, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
This project included:
✅ Two new 3-ton Ruud systems
✅ New whole-home media air cleaners
✅ UV lights for improved indoor air quality
✅ New drain lines
✅ Float safety switches for water protection
✅ System testing and performance verification
After completion, both systems were tested and are producing supply air in the 40s, with strong temperature splits and excellent performance.
