Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $22 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
Magnum Sitework & Excavation, LLC is seeking experienced and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team. Applicants must have proven, hands-on experience operating the specific heavy equipment listed below. This is not an entry-level position.
Required Equipment Experience (Mandatory):
• Dozer
• Excavators (full-size and mini)
• Skid Steer
• Loaders
• Dump Trucks
• Water Trucks
• Other heavy construction equipment
Only candidates with real, on-the-job experience operating these machines will be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment on construction sites
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Assist with material handling and site preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate records of equipment use and maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of verified experience operating heavy equipment listed above
• Ability to confidently operate equipment without supervision
• Must speak English (bilingual is a plus)
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be available for frequent overtime
• Strong work ethic and strong commitment to safety
Compensation & Benefits:
• $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime available and paid
• After 6 months of employment:
• 5 paid sick days per year
• 10 paid vacation days per year
• Company pays 50% of health insurance premium
• Dental and vision insurance available
Schedule:
• 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime and weekends as needed
