My name is Byron Jones, i own and run Jones Construction & Roofing here in the heart of Lake Cumberland in Monticello, Ky. 🔨 🏠 🚤

With all the storms that have moved into our area over the last few years, it has became a problem! ⛈️ 🌪️ There is a lot of homeowners who have no clue if their roof has became vulnerable to the elements or not. And with that, there are a lot of out of town makeshift roofing companies who most have started running a business over night seems like, pour into town, going door to door knocking trying to get you to sign contracts ASAP for them to replace your roof. 📝 ⏰

DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! 🙅‍♂️🚧🛑

This is a gimmick! They promise you everything that sounds good so that they can collect all your insurance money and hire someone to put the cheapest roof possible on for you. And most have no clue or know any better. 🤷‍♂️

Folks there is no need to sign a contract for a roof replacement!! 🤦‍♂️ And there are a few qualified local roofing companies who will tell you that and be glad to help you along with myself!

Who are we and why choose us?? 🤔

We are a local roofing company who are originally from here, and i personally was born and raised here myself. We have been trusted by the local insurance companies and big business for years to replace their roofs because we use ONLY premium high grade materials, which in turn protects you, the homeowner for several years to come! We offer all of our clients full warranties! We DO NOT put multiple layers of shingles on! Every roof gets torn down to the sheeting for a full inspection before a new roof is installed. If further damage is found? We replace it! If you have had leaks through the roof? We inspect the insulation! We DO NOT cover up rotted sheeting, rafters, or insulation! We have put on more than 500 roofs in Monticello and surrounding areas, we get some of our homeowners qualified for discounts with their insurance companies because of the materials we use. (Contingent on your insurance company). I personally walk every property to make sure that your site is squeaky clean when a job is all said and done.

Don’t just take our word for it. Talk to our customers, ask the insurance companies, mention our name to your adjuster and listen to what they have to say.
