Tree roots caused damage to this blacktop drive over the years and after we discussed it and looked at some different options they decided to let us remove the blacktop. We hauled in some gravel and built the drive up so that the tree roots and water wouldn’t be an issue any longer and added some limestone for the finish touch.

This job was very exciting to do. I love jobs where it’s a total transformation! The sides of this drive going into an old home place had grown up over the years. We brought our excavator and skidsteer with the brush cutter in to tackle the job . We took down the two fence rows that was full of hedges, field pines and other underbrush. We piled them up to burn and brush cut the field and around the house so that the landowners can manage it for years to come. We appreciate your business and hope yall continue to enjoy it! We fixed this drive way that washed out in Mccomb Ms. Two 48 inch culverts were installed to insure that the water wasn’t restricted and would flow without anymore problems. We added some gravel over them and graded it to a slick finish. The excavator and brush cutter attachment came in handy to trim the under brush back on each side. This customer was having some compaction issues on this pad, we decided to strip back the existing gravel and dig out the topsoil to eliminate the problem. We then replaced the existing gravel and added some extra loads to bring it back to grade and smoothed it up with some nice slopes on the side with the topsoil. Thank you for your business. We added some good gravel to build it back up so the water would run down the sides and not down the middle causing erosion.
