MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE ORDERS FROM BOSS ON THE WAY A JOB SHOULD BE DONE! J-L FENCING COMPANY’S WAY IS THE WAY THE JOB WILL BE DONE.

Pay is per rod and experience. Hours differ weekly, 20-40 hour weeks. This position is not a guaranteed 40/ hour week job and the weather can effect the hours employees get. J-L Fencing Company is hiring 1 or 2 good workers:

Looking for reliable, honest, hard working, motivated installers/laborers for high end fencing, with a drive to beat expectations. Enthusiasm, personality, communication skills a plus. Every employee is expected to complete projects efficiently and consistently, with attention to detail and quality.

Will train the right person. The right candidate will work with owner/operator to install/pull fence, meeting all job specifications and customer needs. Straight days during the week, 6-8 hour days.

Located between Montrose & Argyle, IA area but work in the Tri State area.

HELP WANTED…HIRING TWO

J-L Fencing Company is hiring Construction Fence Installer/Laborer/Crew Hand.

Private message with interest and tell us about your work history, give us two reference names & numbers, and why you think you would be good for the job.

Will train the right person. Installation of fencing and working in the construction trade. Candidate will work with owner/operator to install/pull fence, meeting all job specifications and customer needs.

Job requirements ~ work ethic a must~ own transportation a must ~ trustworthy a must ~ dependable a must~ be able to walk up to 3 miles a day ~ drug free ~ Must be in good physical condition and must be able to lift 75 pounds. This is a manual labor position.

*Five days a week is not guaranteed. Some weeks you may work 1 day, some weeks may be 5 days, every week can be different. Our goal is 5 days a week, but, there are many things that can fluctuate the days we are able to work, Mother Nature being the biggest influencer and supply availability being the next. Straight days during the week and very few weekends.

*Pay is per rod, experience, and jobs completed each week. Pay differs weekly, depending on weather and hours worked. Average Pay (weather & supplies permitting) ~ 100-650/week
