Last week, our team came together for a company-wide Safety Stand Down focused on fall prevention, reinforcing the importance of looking out for one another every single day on the jobsite.
A huge thank you to our incredible crews, field leaders, and safety team for taking the time to engage, share experiences, ask questions, and continue building a culture where safety is more than a requirement, it’s a responsibility we all carry together.
Falls remain one of the leading causes of injuries in construction, and conversations like these help ensure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.
