Administrative Assistant
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
General office administration and reception duties. Assist with phones, customer and vendor walk-in. Manage corporate supply ordering and shippings, working with shipping vendors to negotiate best rates and service. Company event oversight and planning, daily mail and bank deposit, draft letters, file, assist staff with reports and administrative duties. Create power point presentations, word documents and excel.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Perform word and administrative functions which may include filing, copying, binding reports, data entry, etc. Draft and edit letters, memos, reports, etc., as requested by professional staff.
Operate related business machines such as computer, multi-line phones, copiers, etc.
File, catalogue, record and check documentation, drawings, invoices, correspondence, etc.
Handle, sort, distribute, deliver and pick up mail. Receive packages, office supply deliveries, etc. as required.
Run miscellaneous errands, pick-up/deliveries per supervisor?s request.
Support staff with business cards, supply ordering, and general administrative duties as assigned.
