Last weekend we finished up a clearing and grading job for one of our clients. Now they have proper fall away from the house to ensure that they will not have any more water issues along their foundation.

This client was having water issues around their foundation as all the runoff from the top side of their property was sloping towards their house. While we are here, we are going to take down all the trees in their front yard, and some along the sides of their driveway. We will then completely re-grade the front yard and backfill the front of the house to ensure that all water stays running away from their foundation and will not pool up. After that we will Harley rake the soil to give a good base before we seed and straw. Lastly we will be regrading there existing driveway and topping it with a fresh 2 loads of quarry stone. Stay tuned for the end result!

We wrapped up another new construction project recently! We were called in to cut the crawlspace out, install the construction entrance and rough grade around the house pad. While we were there we also cut in a drainage swale to divert water that coming from a culvert under the main road away from the house pad.

2nd day in on this new construction, site work job. We’re wrapping up all the clearing around the house pad and will be finished up with burning tomorrow. Then we will start clearing the septic field and stripping topsoil!

Today we teamed up with Garrigan construction and repaired this waterline at the Days Inn Mooresville location. We were able to complete the job the same day as they called to return water to the building.

We work 24/7 for our clients to make things happen for them. This warehouse facility in Conover NC contacted us at 6pm informing us that their original snow removal crew did not show up so we took care of them by plowing and salting 6 of their lots so the employees could return back to work the following morning!
