* Assisting with septic system installations
* Supporting experienced operators on active job sites
* Handling materials, pipe installation, and site prep
* Learning proper installation methods, safety standards, and workflow

**What We Expect**

* Reliable—on time, every day
* Willing to work outdoors in all conditions
* Physically capable (50+ lbs regularly)
* Takes direction and works well with a team
* Valid driver’s license

**Work Schedule**

* Monday–Friday (typically 40 hours/week)
* Start time: 7:00–8:00 AM
* Overtime available as needed
* Company transportation to job sites
